These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Light Home Services website, operated by Lead Harmonics, LLC.
Lead Harmonics, LLC acts solely as a connector between homeowners and third-party service providers ("Contractors"). We are not a construction company, and we do not perform roofing services. We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, or insurance of any Contractor matched with you.
The service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the Contractors you may be matched with. Any agreement you enter into with a Contractor is strictly between you and them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Harmonics, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from (a) your use of this site, or (b) the conduct or workmanship of any Contractor introduced to you through this service.
You agree to receive communications from us and our network of Contractors as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are the account holder of the phone number provided.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
